When the excavation method is adopted for construction, the backfill material for the buried column should be layered with good same material, and the thickness of each layer should not exceed 15cm. The compactness of backfill soil should not be less than that of adjacent original soil. Piles in rock should be compacted with granular backfill. It is worth noting that if we encounter a bend in the installation, if the bend is large, we will use the 2320mm adjusting plate to transition, and if the bend is small, we will have to use the bending waveform guardrail plate. Considering the influence of guardrail structure on landscape and driver's line of sight induction, vertical, position and elevation inspection should be carried out immediately after the column is installed. Verticality inspection should be measured one by one with a ruler, position inspection and spacing inspection straight line with a steel ruler, curve section with the deviation of the theodolite detection: transverse position inspection should be measured by a ruler of the road center line and the transverse distance between the column. The elevation inspection shall be based on the roadside inside the kerb, and shall be measured one by one with a self-made mold or level instrument. During construction, the position and height of the column should be strictly controlled and the parabolic line should be paid attention to. After installation, pay attention to the column can not have obvious torsion, can not be welded to lengthen, the end of the burr must be clear. The column lofting should be based on the control points on the highway, and the column spacing should be adjusted appropriately according to the measurement distance.
