Matters needing attention：

1/ Start idling for 5 minutes, check whether the operation is normal, improve work efficiency, effectively prolong the life of mechanical equipment;
2/ It is strictly prohibited to place the embossing equipment in damp, dust and other places, which will seriously affect the working performance of the embossing equipment;
3/ If the embossing equipment is shut down for more than 1 hour, try to wait for more than 5 minutes when restarting to effectively heat the vacuum pipe and improve the working efficiency;
4/ The upper and lower moulds of embossing equipment shall not be close contact. If contact is required, please place septs;
5/ When the spark occurs in the embossing equipment, it should be stopped immediately for strict inspection to check whether the machine parts are damaged and the performance of the equipment is affected;
6/ Embossing material drying as far as possible, there can be no moisture, dust, otherwise lead to operation sparks, etc..
